Orders

Please ensure that all your order details are correct.

Kmfcrafts holds no responsibility if there is any spelling or grammar errors from the Customer. Any extra costs are to be paid by the customer in that case.

Please contact us immediately if you notice any errors occurred. No refund will apply if we are unable contact the customer prior to manufacturing.

Payment

• Full payment is required before your order is commenced. With the exception of if you are waiting for a custom order quote.
• All payments can be paid via, cash, direct deposit or Credit Card.
• When making a payment please put your name as a reference.

  

Ownership/copyright

All designs remain the property of Kmfcrafts. No designs are to be sold or copied without written permission from Kmfcrafts.  You must not copy or download content from this site. Any copyright of any kind will be pursued.

 

Refunds

No refunds will be given if you simply change your mind or if an error is made by the customer. If your items do not match your order, please contact us immediately.

Refunds are available for major faults/defects as per Australian Consumer Law.

We are unable to accept returns due to the colour shades being incorrect. All monitors and screens may display  slightly different and may not show the true colouring of the product.

 

Currency 

All prices are in Australian Dollars.

 

Delivery and Postage

Please insure that you provide the correct delivery address. The purchaser is responsible if their order is delivered to the incorrect address.  This is not the responsibility of Kmfcrafts and any extra costing is to be paid by the buyer if this happens.

Postage costs will vary for individual orders, so I will provide a postage price once the order is created. If you would like Postage insurance please state that when you place your order.
