Our Process

Will I receive a proof?

Once your order has been processed, I will create your proof up with your chosen fonts/colours. It will then be emailed to you. Once you have approved that proof and are pleased with it, I will proceed to create your product.

 

How long does production take?

You will need to allow 1-2 weeks time for me to create your item. If your order will be delayed longer than that time frame I will inform you with updates on your order. Sometimes things are out of my control and stock is delayed or I have machine faults.

 

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes we do, please select "Pickup" when you are checking out and you will be emailed details regarding the collection process.
